Abstract
Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada disease (VKH) is a granulomatous inflammatory disorder characterized by posterior uveitis, iridocyclitis and papillitis. Autoimmune reaction to antigens associated with melanocytes is considered to be the underlying pathogenesis. We report a case of VKH manifesting as multiple cranial nerve palsies resulting from cytomegalovirus infection.
